Devin Ibarra, a senior at El Diamante High in California, won the gold section of the boys 1,600 meters in 4:13.33 at the West Coast Relays at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Ibarra also contributed to El Diamante securing sixth in the bronze section 4x400-meter relay in 3:43.32.
